beautiful groundswell keptintermittent waterhot shower
the grounds are beautiful and well kept. the room was spacious , clean , and modern.
the water temperature in the shower was intermittent. hot and cold and after my partner went to shower one night , there was no hot shower left.

The resort offered a complimentary shuttle to hoi an, convenient. my room was near the beach, i could hear the waves. It was very relaxing. the staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the spa treatments.
The gym equipment was a bit rusty. It could use some updating.

The staff was very helpful. They were very good too ensure my trip was great. The spa and sauna were nice after my morning swim. The shuttle in and out of town was useful too.
I am not really sure how this is a 5-star hotel. The food was very average. I had tuna steak one day. It was very dry and I am almost sure it was not fresh. The gym was very small. Equipment is literally rusty.
